Nutrition, hydration and tube feeding are among the highest-risk areas of care in any nursing home, and among the hardest to evidence at inspection. Nutrition & Hydration Governance Review
One site day. We review malnutrition screening, care plans, mealtimes, modified diets, hydration, PEG and enteral feeding, feeding pumps and escalation. You receive a written report with red, amber and green ratings mapped to the regulations and HIQA standards, and a 90-day action plan. From €2,950 per home.
Regulation 23 Annual Review Support
We gather the evidence, consult residents and families independently, and draft your annual review report and quality improvement plan for your approval, with a nutrition deep-dive included. From €5,500 per home.
Staff Training
Practical half-day on-site sessions on safe enteral feeding, PEG care and nutrition in residential care, for up to 15 staff, with attendance certificates and a short competency checklist. €950 per session.
Ongoing Governance Support
After a review, we stay with you: quarterly visits or calls, action-plan tracking, pre-inspection readiness checks and email advice. €650 a month on a 12-month agreement. Groups of three or more homes receive 10% off per home.
Full Governance Audit
Our most comprehensive service. Our Medical Director and our Head of Governance and Compliance visit your home together and assess clinical care, governance, policies and regulatory compliance across the whole facility. Includes a full written report and prioritised action plan. Priced on request.
